Information on how to obtain plasmids of the pST44 suite.
The pST44 suite of plasmids to express protein complexes in E.coli (Tan, Kern, and Selleck), Prot., Expr. Purif., 40:385-395, 2005) are available to investigators from academic institutions performing non-commercial research.
The 75 plasmids of the pST44 suite are provided on a DNA card. To cover the cost of preparing and distributing all these plasmids, the suite is available at a cost of $577.96.
How to obtain:
- Download the Materials Transfer Agreement which contains the Implementing Letter.
pST44 Plasmid Request Form (PDF) - Fill out the Implementing Letter, including the shipping and billing information.
- Send the completed Implementing Letter by mail, fax, or email.
- Make payment when billed according to the terms described in the Implementing Letter.
The plasmids will be sent to you by express delivery.
You can download the plasmid maps as a pdf document (646.8 KB) and the plasmid sequences as a text file (245.9 KB).
